Guild House
Service Building
(City Buildings)
A place where villagers can fulfill their need for: Luxury, Education. Passive effects: The Guild's Welfare.
Specialization bonus:
Cooperation (Comfort)
ID = 'Guild House'
Overview
The Guild House is a Beaver-themed service building that provides
Education for
Beavers and
Harpies, as well as
Luxury for
Beavers and
Frogs when there is at least one worker assigned to the building. It also provides a passive effect The Guild's Welfare when all worker slots are filled.
The Guild House is a species-specific building. It can show up as a blueprint choice only when
Beavers are present in your settlement. This restriction can be bypassed if you find a Guild House Ruin or with a wildcard blueprint pick from:
- Overgrown Library - World Map modifier
- Smuggler's Visit - Legendary Cornerstone
- Summoned Smuggler (Stormforged) - Stormforged Cornerstone
- Contraband - Wildcard blueprint pick available for purchase from some traders
The Guild House is unlocked at level 4.
The Guild House has a Holy variant: Holy Guild House.
Building effect
Service building mechanics
The Guild House, like all service buildings, does not require villagers to visit it in order to fulfill their needs. All services are fulfilled at the Hearth during a break. Guild House workers still have to carry service goods to the building before they can be consumed.
The Guild House does not need to be built within the Hearth Radius. It retains full functionality when built outside of the Hearth range, but will not count towards the level 3 Hearth upgrade unless all of the tiles of the Guild House are within the Hearth Radius.
