The General let's you promote a Unit during the day for 1 
Berry in the 
Human kingdom and 1 
Rat (dead) in the 
Undead kingdom, the promotion itself costs the normal price per Unit.
Day Promotion
Promotion costs during the 
Day in another’s Kingdom differ per kingdom of Human and Undead.
If the Unit is in it's own kingdom it will have specific promotion costs unique in that kingdom to them
Nightly Tavern Promotion
Promotion costs Inside the Tavern differ per active 
Curse level.
