Usage
Catalyst
Scissors is the catalyst for the Cotton Gin, Flax Spinner, Netter, Sail Manufactory, Tailor, Weaver. Catalysts are consumed slowly over time, increasing the output of recipes when present (one is used up per 20 production cycles).
