Kingdom Level

Kingdom Level is earned by. Kingdom Level allows expanding your kingdom. Using Kingdom Level for certain unlocks will not spend it.
Acquiring
You earn 1 Kingdom XP if you used a new Hero, Unit, Siege Engine or 
Relic. The amount of Kingdom XP you need differs per Kingdom Level. You start at Kingdom Level 1

Uses
Kingdom Level is used to expand your kingdom by building 
Roads. Unlocked Roads persist between cycles and play an important role in the global progression.
