Drog is the Blacksmith, a character in Super Fantasy Kingdom. Once you have discovered the Blacksmith's you can speak with him once per cycle progressing his story. Eventually he will ask for a boost of 1 × 
beer and he will removed the boulder for you. After this he asks for a forge which will cost 10 × 
Shards. Once his forge is built he will sell offensive items to player for Beer
The price goes up by 1 × beer each week
