Shore crabs attack mostly by pinching.

Shore crabs can slam on the ground to knock enemies back. Juvenile crabs can confuse enemies while adult crabs can stun them.

Adult crabs remain hidden in the ground and only expose themselves to attack when they are reduced to 95% of their health. They don't appear on minimaps or show health bars when they are out of combat.

Adult crabs can execute 4 small enemies at once.

Adult crabs can sometimes thrash violently to damage enemies over time, knock them back and slow them down.
