- Jumping spiders wear jester hats in arachnophobia mode.
- In real life, jumping spiders can jump ten times their length, use silk lines as means of travel and have potent venom. In the game, because they are meant to be early enemies, their abilities are toned down immensely. Only Uber jumping spiders get to keep the venom.
