When eaten by units in the Tavern it gives 2 XP.
Gathering
- Souls can be collected by hunting
Bloat after building a 
Soul Hunter and assigning 3 workers to it. The job will not start until 3 workers are assigned as Bloats require 3 workers to kill. - 2 Souls can be collected from building the Soul Outpost
Crafting
In the Tavern overnight if left uneaten it will upgrade to 
Big Soul (giving 3 XP) and then if that Big Soul goes uneaten again to 
Giant Soul (giving 4 XP).
