The Bloomery is an industry building that employs villagers to smelt Iron Ore into Iron Slabs.

Construction

The Bloomery requires 1 timber and 6 planks to be constructed. Once built, it cannot be relocated.

Usage

Each Bloomery can employ up to two families. Workers gather Iron Ore from nearby storehouses or mining pits and smelt it into iron slabs.
Production rate is as follows: 1 Iron Ore -> 1 Iron Slab
The slabs are then stored in the Bloomery's storage and must be picked up by, for example, storehouse workers.

You can set a reserve and a production limit for Iron Ore and Iron Slabs respectively.
For the Bloomery to be functional, it must be supplied with fuel. It consumes one unit of fuel per month. A fuel stockpile can be set to prevent work from stopping when fuel runs out.
For efficient operation, the Bloomery also requires constant maintenance with tools.
