Honeycomb is obtained by moving the hero onto a Beehive - a rare event tile. Honeycomb does nothing unless combined with other Food items in a Cauldron , or traded to a Fairy for a random heroic item. Honeycomb recipes typically give a significant boost to the other ingredient's usual effect.

Beehives

(TODO: Move to a dedicated page)

A Beehive is a rare event tile. Uniquely strong 'honey' enemies spawn around them, typically blocking access:

The strength and quantity of these enemies can be difficult to deal with. Having them chase you at night can open paths to the Beehive without having to fight.

The Woodland and Swampland Masterchef achievements could require the user to find Honeycomb many times. However, since Fairies adhere to the unique 'food' rarity type (not to be confused with the Food tag), they will return items of that same type when given them (including honey weapons and items).
