He is Coming Official Wiki:Work needed

From He is Coming Official Wiki

On pages with heading it is recommended to use h3 aka ===title=== and this code under it:

Things that need to be worked on

Create various Pages

  • Item set pages
Needed? Would duplicate data in existing lists + more maintenance: a b. (Benjiminio (talk))
  • Biomes pages
  • Pages for all the various npc tiles
Still lots needed and unfinished. See Category:Event for all tiles. Subcategories are used ('npc' isn't used but not needed imo (Benjiminio (talk)).

Standardize the regionalRow column widths in some way

Some of the tables in the woodland items etc, do not automatically have constant column widths.

Create the Style Guidelines Pages

  • Ideas: A table with all the different colors used in game.
    WIP here (Benjiminio (talk))
  • Explain the use of templates on the wiki. regionalRow usage and iconLink
  • Explain standardized styles

Complete Pages for Enemies

  • Add text stuff and strategies for each enemy/boss
    ('text stuff'?)
  • Add the Biome names for woodland minibosses

Collecting Item Tags for Wiki

I'm working on collecting all item tags and creating an “Item Tags” page. Here’s how I’ve identified them so far:

Known item tags in He is Coming

Tag Name Notes
1 Stone
2 Wood
3 Jewelry
5 Water
6 Edge
8 Sanguine
9 Rings
14 Gemstone
20 Non-repeatable All weapons have this. All Unique items have this, but not vice versa.
21 Food
24 Bomb
26 Event? Might also mean Cursed — uncertain
29 Tome
32 Roses
34 Instrument
35 Cursed? Might also mean Event — uncertain
37 Potion

Planned Sections for the Item Tag Page

  • Triggers: Battle start, turn start, exposed, wounded, etc.
  • Tags: Stone, wood, water, etc.
  • Status Effects: Poison, freeze, riptide, etc.

The idea is that each tag will be clickable, letting you view all items with a given trigger or status (e.g., all items with "Battle start" or "Poison"). “Item Tags” is a working title (from the game files); open to a better name if anyone has suggestions.

Volunteer Your Strategies for Challenges

In the Woodland challenges, and with time, the Swampland challenges, we are writing advice for those players who have not yet unlocked all their items. Each Challenge page is built from a "template", which does have the habit of hiding the Wiki formatting of the page you are editing. However, if you're willing to adapt to the template's strangeness, start each first-draft strategy by adding

| strat =

, followed by your advice!

If you're not feeling particularly creative, check out the old spot for strategies, Talk:Woodland_challenges. There may be some strategies written here that have not yet been transferred to their individual Challenge pages. Thank you in advance for helping bring the strategies to their forever homes.

Currently working on

Implement region-based pixel borders for all infoboxes

Add a flexible system that allows all infoboxes (items, upgrades, etc.) to display pixel-art borders themed after the relevant game region (e.g. Woodland, Swampland, Neutral). This will be done by creating a new wrapper template with a region parameter, so infoboxes can use a matching border without duplicate code. The solution will use existing or color-adjusted UI assets for corners and sides, ensuring a visually consistent style with the game. - HolyMormor

Achieved! See: Template:InfoboxFrame. I've injected the regional frame into another template, the Mainbox template, so everyone can see what it looks like from the first page of the wiki. The Manx Turtle (talk) 18:16, 16 September 2025 (UTC)

Filling out the Kingmaker Strategies page

Needs more builds, champion references, and potentially just some polish. I'll hopefully have a completed example for all other entries for the page soon. - Quill
