Damage modifying effects
Mechanics
Buff can only be inflicted on the users while debuff can only be inflicted on enemies.
Same-typed resistance modifications are treated as the same effect and can't be stacked stack in value, except for Weakening and Crippling.
Different-typed resistance modifications are treated as different effects and can be inflicted on the same creature at the same time.
General damage buff is stacked in value.
Resistance modifications are only applied after [resistance - piercing] has been calculated in the damage formula. General damage buff and armor buff are applied before the stats are put in damage calculation.
