Stables
From Super Fantasy Kingdom Official Wiki
The Stables is a Building in Super Fantasy Kingdom, used to unlock more 
mules which will carry resources in your kingdom (but won't work in buildings).
Costs
If the Stables are built more mules can be unlocked that serve as carriers.
