The Lich is a Unit in Super Fantasy Kingdom. It can appear as a Monster that attacks your kingdom and it can be recruited as a unit to fight for you. The Lich's attacks do 
Magic Damage and are of the 
Dark Element. He opens a portal to another dimension with has tentacles pull monsters towards it. The Lich's passive unlocked from the 
Mystic
The Lich can be placed on 
Towers.
Unlocking
In the 
Human Kingdom the Lich is unlocked by fulfilling its quest for the achievement.
In the 
Undead Kingdom the Lich is unlocked on the map at 
Glory.
The 
Elemental Tower is key in this.
You can drag Units onto the Elemental Tower to sacrifice them. Their XP will get transferred to the Elemental.
Stats
The Lich gains XP and will level up when eating at the Tavern.
