The Jailer's attacks do 
Physical Damage and have the 
Fire Element. He cracks a flame whip in an area close to him which applies Burn. The Jailer's passive unlocked by the 
Mystic gives him bonus damage against targets with Bleed.
The Jailer cannot be placed on 
Towers.
Stats
The Swordsman gains XP and will level up when eating at the Tavern.
