The Jailer's attacks do 
Physical Damage and have the 
Fire Element. He cracks a flame whip in an area close to him which applies Burn. The Jailer's passive unlocked by the 
Witch gives him bonus damage against targets who have already been damaged.
The Jailer cannot be placed on Walls.
Stats
The Jailer gains XP and will level up when eating at the Tavern.
