Bread is a Resource in Super Fantasy Kingdom consumed by Heroes in the 
tavern after combat to heal and gain XP.
Crafting
Bread is crafted using 
Flour and 
Water in the 
Bakery when a Worker is assigned.
Food
Bread gives 3 XP when eaten in the Tavern and thus is the second best food for XP gain. 
Good Meat is the only food which provides more XP. Heroes will always take bread over 
Cooked Meat to help ensure it upgrades into Good Meat. Making bread while collecting 
Meat is the easiest way to ensure heroes get Good Meat and thus the most XP possible.
