Bread is a Resource in Super Fantasy Kingdom used to be consumed by Units to heal and gain XP.
Crafting
Bread can be crafted by using 
Flour and 
Water in the 
Bakery when a Worker is assigned.
Food
Bread gives 3 XP for all units when eaten in the 
Tavern and thus is the second best food regarding the XP bonus. Only the XP bonus of 5 XP for the preferred
