Bread is a Resource used by the 
Humans in Super Fantasy Kingdom consumed by Units in the 
tavern after Combat to heal and gain XP.
Crafting
Bread is crafted using 
Flour and 
Water in the 
Bakery when a Worker is assigned.
Food
Bread gives 3 XP when eaten in the Tavern and thus is the second best food for XP gain. 
Good Meat is the only food which provides more XP. Units will sometimes take Bread instead of 
Cooked Meat, this helps upgrading it into Good Meat. Making Bread while collecting 
Meat is the easiest way to get more Good Meat and thus the most XP possible.
