File:Treasure.png Treasure is used to acquire permanent upgrades. It is acquired as taxes from buildings by the king and by defeating bosses.
Acquiring
- When the king visits a building he collects 2 × File:Treasure.png Treasures as taxes
- The Goblin King boss drops a total of 18 × File:Treasure.png Treasures
- The Mantis boss drops a total of 36 × File:Treasure.png Treasures
Uses
File:Treasure.png Treasure is used to buy permament upgrades that persist between cycles and play an important role in the global progression.
Units can have their ability unlocked when bought from the Witch for 100 × File:Treasure.png Treasure each.
Orbs can be bought from the
Mysterious Stone, which allow an exchange for one starting resource.
Changelog
- Taxes were introduced in the Steam Demo build 46. Before that treasures was dropped by defeated enemies. Increasing Curse could be used to fight more enemies and gather more treasures.
