The 
Brewery is a Building in Super Fantasy Kingdom, used to craft 
Beer using 
Wheat and 
Water.
Relics
There are also multiple Relics that overwrite the recipe, whatever Relic was picked up last will be the recipe you have, they can also change the efficiency of the Boost effect. So it is a great strategy to first brew a lot of Beer using one of the other methods before picking up the 
Booze Relic.
