A smaller off-shoot of the intelligence center with a 2500-Superbrain computer which assists in speeding up their work.

Lore
Winchester despises the 2500-Superbrain but he fails to see the benefits that his predecessors rightly saw. This is a system that has stood the test of time and continues to excel in every field, from fire control to atmospheric engineering. However, I do not blame him, the Alliance Naval Office prefers to pursue pragmatic lines of development rather than explore avenues of creativity and generality..
You won't find a more robust computer system in the Alliance, this is a fact. Outdated control interface (an Alliance specialty) but tough, reliable, and easy to maintain. The ANO is pretty proud of this one and while that would normally be a cause for concern, it is a serious piece of hardware that will service the Alliance and the OSP for many more years.

- ↑ While the numerical here sounds like it's "reducing accuracy", what it does is reduce the "Deviation" that COND and PD reports have.
