Four Scholars Shrine Resets all skills and attributes gained from levels, allowing one to re‑train the hero. Only once per hero.

Tree of Knowledge Gives one level to each visiting hero for free.

Wise Owl Teaches a random skill to each visiting hero. If they already know this skill, levels it up instead. Can give any skill, except faction skills and Siegecraft.

University Allows each visiting hero to learn up to 4 random skills for 2500 Gold each.

Infernal Cirque Allows each visiting hero to learn up to 4 random Expert skills or level them up for 5000 Gold each. Skills are learned without sub-skills.

Redwood Observatory Removes the fog of war in a 15 tiles radius around it.
„It's better than climbing a random tree!“
Wind Rose Fully reveals the whole map (technically, in a 1000 tiles radius).

Explorer's Camp Restores 50% of hero's maximum Movement and 50% maximum mana.

Portal Teleports the visiting hero to a paired portal.

Marketplace Allows visiting heroes to exchange their resources for different ones with 100% markup (equal to 5 built town marketplaces).

Forge of the Second Man Allows visiting heroes to trade resources for artifacts and vice versa. The sale is at a rate of 0.5 of a base artifact price, the purchase is at 2. There are always be 2 common, 2 rare, 1 epic and 1 legendary artifact.
„Forging is their form of prayer. They don't much care for what happens with the results and will share them happily for a donation.“
Sacrificial Shrine Allows visiting heroes to sacrifice artifacts and creatures for experience. Artifact gives experience equal to 0.5 of it's base price. Creature gives x5 experience more than defeating them on the battlefield would give.
„There is wisdom in unveiling innards and dismantling the well‑made.“
Chimerologist Allows visiting heroes to trade creatures for other random creatures. Each transmutation cost 2500 gold and can be performed an unlimited number of times. Transmutation is based on the value of creatures, so low-tier creatures will be transformed into fewer high-tier ones and vice versa. As the value is rounded down, conversions will decrease the total value over multiple uses. The result of transmutation cannot be: Lich Dragon, Avatar, Ghoul, Peasant and Lava Larva.

Tavern Allows visiting heroes to recruit additional heroes. Works exactly same as town tavern, offering same 2 heroes for same price.

Insara's Eye Gives the owner an additional level of knowledge about their opponents, as well as 250 Law points daily.

Hero Cage Unlock to release a random friendly hero with starting army of their faction (same as hiring the hero from a tavern). It will only be possible if the current hero limit allows it.
  • 28.5% for a level 1 hero.

Goblin Cache Once per game, grants a random reward:

Abandoned Cart Once per game, grants a random small reward:
  • 90% for 3-5 Wood and 3-5 Ore.
  • 10% for a common artifact.

Crow Nest Once per game, grants a random small reward:
  • 18% for 4-6 Gems/Mercury/Crystals.

Forgotten Remains Once per game grants a random small reward:

The Monty Hall Once per game, offers a choice of 1 among 3 random artifacts:
  • 40% for 3 common artifacts.

Tomb of a Nameless Hero Once per game, grants a random artifact. Curses its plunderer. Curses last until the end of next day and affects all your heroes, including those whom you recruited after the visit.
  • 37.5% for a common artifact and one common curse:
    • –1 Offense and –1 Defense.
    • –1 Spell Power and –1 Knowledge.
    • –1 Luck
    • –1 Morale.
    • Nothing.
  • 29% for a rare artifact and one powerful curse:
    • –2 Offense and –2 Defense.
    • –2 Spell Power and –2 Knowledge.
    • –1 all attributes.
    • –1 Luck and -1 Morale.
    • –1 sight radius.
    • –5% mana restored daily (half of the normal amount).

  • 25% for a fight with 16/16/16/16 Halflings and 24 Grolls for 5000 Gold and a common artifact.
  • 15% for a fight with 16/16/16/16/16 Halflings and 32 Grolls for 7500 Gold and a rare artifact.
