Triumvirate's Strength
From Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era Official Wiki
Triumvirate's Strength is the unique faction skill of the
Dungeon faction, known by default by all Overlords and Warlocks.
Once per turn, it lets the hero take one of 3 stances which boost specific stats (the Minotaur Stance boosts Attack, the Dark Elf Stance boosts Defense, and the Dragon Stance boosts Spell Power) and remain in effect until another stance is chosen, allowing one to adapt their strengths and strategy to the current situation in battle.
