Righteousness
From Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era Official Wiki
Righteousness is the unique faction skill of the
Temple faction, known by default by all
Knights and
Clerics and unavailable to other hero classes.
It grants the hero stat boosts when their creatures die or kill enemies in battle, letting them build momentum when doing well or helping them make a comeback if they start losing.
