Waypoint unlocks fast traveling points which allow the player teleport to them instantly at any point by hovering over them in map mode and pressing Space. When nearby, the player can see a dark Waypoint version near the edge of the map. This acts as a hint of their location for the player to reach. All unlocked Waypoints are highlighted with a golden circle in map mode, indicating that they are able to be used as a fast travel point.
