Iron Transfusion is a heroic item found in both Traveling Merchants and Hero's Graves in the Woodland region.
Health loss cannot be redirected to 
armor, and this item will kill the hero! This is one of the ways that the Woodland Challenge "Grave Mistake" can be achieved, unlocking 
Cactus Cap.
