Lz 677 is a bus type road vehicle in Workers & Resources: Soviet Republic.

Characteristics

The Lz 677 is an urban bus model, designed in the 1960s and produced by the Soviet Union. Its overall low speed, weak engine, and limited top speed of 60 km/h make it ideal for inner-city services or country gravel roads. Its interior is divided into two parts, with the driver separated from the passenger section. It has three sets of doors, with the passenger doors painted white.

Inspiration

The Lz 677 is modeled after LiAZ 677, a Soviet bus produced by the Likin Automobile Plant from 1967 to 1994. Buses of this model were used in almost all cities of the Soviet Union that had urban or suburban bus services. It was also the first Soviet bus with a hydromechanical (automatic) gearbox.

Acquisition

It is produced in the Soviet Union and can be purchased using rubles. It also can be produced at a vehicle production line facility.

Vehicle Period Purchasable with dollars? Purchasable with rubles? Workdays required for production Steel required for production Plastics required for production Fabric required for production Mechanical comp. required for production Electronic comp. required for production

Notes

  • Its high passenger capacity indicates that most passengers are standing, as the vehicle is relatively small, being only 11 m in length.
  • Because the vehicle it is based on is automatic, it's possible that the Lz 677 is also automatic.
