Gameplay

The player provides cement and gravel to the prefab panels factory via delivery by road or by storing gravel and cement in an appropriate storage. The prefab panels factory turns gravel and cement into prefab panels. Prefab panels can be stored in an open storage or picked up by an open-hull road vehicle.

Prefab panels are used for construction and can be exported via a customs house.

Depending on the Game settings the player needs to take care of provisioning water for workers and taking care of wastewater and/or maintenance.
