The final tier of housing, stone buildings will give the best bonus to your whiskers, but can go further with bedding and furniture. Make sure Stone Abodes are within range of a Luxury Supplier to receive bedding and furniture to achieve 4-star quality housing. These luxuries are not permanent and will have to periodically be replaced to maintain the bonus. This is not required for all of your Whiskers but you will likely have several Whiskers at this point in the game with 4-star expectations such as craft masters and educated Whiskers.
Stone Abodes are preferred final tier housing for Whiskers with the Loner trait or Snoring trait. You will receive additional negative thoughts if these Whiskers are not housed alone.
