The Ocean Dump is a way to get rid of unwanted resources, it is fed by conveyor belts and will drop the goods into the water. These will have an effect on the trout population so make sure you know what you are dumping. This is both in positive or negative ways. Organic goods for the most part will increase your fish population while inorganic will drop it. This can be used to greatly reinforce your fish stocks if you are on poor fishing grounds locally, or the pollution is dropping it faster then it can regenerate naturally. The Ocean Dump requires access to open water, a closed pond will not work.
