The Medical Triage building treats your sick Whiskers and keeps them from death. Each building can treat 5 sick Whiskers at once. They will remain in the building until they're well again.
You should build one of these buildings just in case a Whisker gets sick. You do not need to keep the building staffed, as you will get a warning when a Whisker gets sick.
Medicine isn't required to heal Whiskers but it can speed up their recovery.
