The Management Office is a crucial building that allows you to set production limits on any resource, regardless of where it is being produced. Once constructed, clicking on the building will give you access to the production limit screen. This building must be occupied by an educator Whisker to function.
You may only ever have 1 of these buildings at a time.
Despite being an office building, if you look carefully, you can see the Whisker assigned to the building in its top floor window.
