The Luxuries Supplier will collect available Luxuries - bedding, furniture, and soap - and supply them to houses and bathing facilities within its range. The Luxury Supplier has a large operating radius, but will unlikely cover all of the places that desire luxury goods.
Depending on the number of places served, you may not need to fully staff your Luxury Supplier.
