Lore

TO: PROTECTORATE NAVAL COMMAND FROM: NOVANCE

I've taken the liberty of requisitioning a seized stock of Hellas Solutions "Longbow" Mass Drivers for my flotilla, they were just gathering dust on Pyxis so I figured nobody's gonna miss them. Turns out the Guild had the right idea back in the riots, a couple of tungsten rods sent through these and they'll vaporize anything on the receiving end. I asked Command Engineering if they could work up anything with my tungsten supply and Holt got back to me pretty quick.

You remember the fracture blocks over in Samedi? One of these put through a rock will utterly annihilate it and I know for a fact that if we shot one of these into an Alliance warship, we'd get the same result. Section-K is working up a set that 'splinter' on impact and with speeds this high, we're looking at an explosive effect as an added bonus. Winchester's going to love this.
