Creates a narrow medium ranged radar jamming beam designed to suppress point defense FCRs (20 deg, 5km, 5kW, 4dB). The jammer is similar to the blanket in outputted noise, and will gimbal up to 30 deg off the nose to track the missile's target through maneuvers. The jammer is turned on upon launch and is active until the missile expires.
