Component:sra
In Game Description
High-quality amplifiers installed into the warship's communications line that provides an increase to the warship's total transmitting power to combat communications jamming.
Gameplay usage
While same-cone rules make this rather ineffective at battling hang-up jamming (and if used for that purpose, it counterintuitively isn't usually best to go on the spotter, but a nearby 'relay'), this is a very useful module for CMD-guided/validated missiles, improving their ability to 'hear' the firing ship's commands through Communications Jamming. It should be combined with a CR75 or CR70 antenna where possible.

Notes
Lore
There's various ways to combat comms jamming, aside from the simple solution of destroying the jamming source. Other solutions involve "talking louder" than the jamming frequency but the typical counter is to simply fire a high-power optical beam at the intended target.
OSP EWAR tends to favor "deafening" warships to cut them off from sentries. The Naval Office's solution was to install impedance jumping to "shift" out of a jammed frequency, but this is only effective if the threat is attacking a specific frequency, so the Office decided to try broad-spectrum which the OSP responded by attacking every possible radio frequency.
Falke said it best: moves and countermoves. A never-ending game of who can talk over who.
