In Game Description
The J75 is a jamming suite that saturates a 360-degree radius around a host warship, disrupting communications and preventing affected warships from recieving the shared track picture from other warships.
It has significantly shorter range than its Alliance cousin, but still provides an effective shield against any command-guided munitions.

"Siegerunner, Wizard, you got anything?" Sheffield calls into the comms, peering out into the launch deck observation windows. In the distance, the spires of the Caltrop reflect the star's light into his eyes.
"Nothing but a bunch of ice. Unless you're really thristy, it's pretty empty out here, Meadows replies, her voice slightly garbled. "We did a sweep with our glint but nothing came up.
Sheffield rubs his jaw, thinking, before writing down the report time on the window. "Hmph. Acknowledged, uh, stand-by, I'm going to wire a new flight-path your way," Sheffield pauses, looking to his Superbrain.
"Give me a short one, I beg you, I'm tired of looking at-"
A piercing warble screams through his headset, Sheffield wincing in pain as he rips his headset from his head. Even well away from his ears, he could easily hear the pulsing screech clear as day, only to disappear as quickly as it happened. Sheffield takes a deep breath, looking to the flight operators, each with a pained look. "What the hell was that?" askes one.
"Don't know- something tells me we weren't supposed to hear it, though," Sheffield replies, setting his headset back in position. "Siegerunner-1, Wizard, do you read?"
Silence. "Siegerunner-1, Wizard, come in... Siegerun-"
