Achilleas Kainoo is a Pilot, belonging to the Vth Tank Formation. He used to serve in the TCR's Air Force, but acquired colorblindness, forcing him to assist with the TCR Marines' ground vehicle capabilities. However, this reassignment has not dulled his courage, enthusiasm, or love for his Greek heritage in the least. That last one is his defining trait, reflected both in his Hellenic-inspired Perks as well as his interactions with his fellow Squad Leaders.

Background & Lore

A talented Air Force pilot, Achilleas acquired color blindness, forcing a reassignment to assist the TCR Marines' hardware combat capabilities. Despite having never even stepped foot on Earth, Achilleas carries a strong affinity for the land of his ancestors: Greece. He is, however, not particularly democratic about his sharing of this interest.

Trivia

Although it is an armored vehicle unit, Achilleas' unit (5th Tank Formation) bears wings on its insignia. The irony is that Achilleas was a fighter pilot before being forcibly transferred to ground vehicles.

Behind the Scenes

His voice actor is Stewart Scudamore. Mr. Scudamore is a storied theater and film actor, but may be most recognizable to gamers as Oongka in Crimson Desert, Ai Nengqi in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, and Calgar in Warhammer 40k: Space Marine II.
