Rhakarian

The Rhakarians are natives of a planet in the Wayback System. Little is known of them at the moment, or if they are even human or another sentient alien species besides the MENACE. All the player knows is gleaned from dialogue with the pirates and loading screen quotes. The pirates say they "have the aim of a Rhakarian" when they miss, and a loading screen quote from Segel says "I'd like to open schools for the Rhakarians someday." This indicates they are probably impoverished and/or primitive, but nothing beyond that and as of the demo it is unknown if they will actually play a part in the story.
