Buyout	Bribe civilians or even some lowly enemy combatants to fight for you.	Once per mission and within 8 tiles, Murdock can bribe a Civilian, Scavenger, Outcast, or Conscript to fight for you. After use, gain a free squaddie to your manpower pool.	"Virtually every Waybacker owns something with a ZB logo, the inevitable result of an absence of competition. As the lone supplier of consumer goods, ZB has gathered information on nearly everyone in the system, both through purchase histories and via tracking devices on all its product. We suspect that, at times, ZB is capable of pressuring certain customers into doing things for them, effectively wielding an army of unwitting assets ready to be activated at a moment’s notice." – Lieutenant Hayflick
