A short way of linking to a skill, with localization support. The first parameter is the internal ID and can be one of:

1. English

Input: {{Skill|logistic|en}}

Output: Logistics

2. Japanese

Input: {{Skill|logistic|ja}}

Output: 兵站学

3. With full id (including the skill_ prefix)

Input: {{Skill|skill_logistic|en}}

Output: Logistics

4. Advanced, with level and stack

Input: {{Skill|skill_logistic|en|level=3|stack=1}}

Output: Expert
