Language Subpage Link
If producing a link to a page in a language-aware fashion (and you cannot for whatever reason use Template:Link), put this segment in the double-bracket section of your link. It will inspect the lang parameter and produce either an empty string if it is set to English or no language at all, and with any other value will produce a sub-page link to the appropriate language.
