Saffron Feather is a common item found in Treasure Chests in the Woodland region. The item can be upgraded to gold and diamond versions.
Gold and Diamond upgrades will perform speed-health exchanges in partial amounts up to the speed stat you have left, and no effect occurs for a negative speed stat. The exchange occurs regardless of any lost hitpoints, so the feather can cause "over-healing". As an example, consider the case where the hero has 
5/10, 3, and a Diamond Feather: the results will be 6 healing (1 over-heal), full health, 0 remaining speed, and 3 triggered effects for any item that might care.
