Citrine Gemstone is a heroic item found in both Traveling Merchants and Hero's Graves in the Woodland region.
The effect description on this wiki is exactly as it appears in the game, including the word "inverted". In this case, "inverted" actually means "negated": A positive speed number will become minus the same number, and a negative speed number will become plus the same number, without an effect trigger, as combat is loaded.
