A whole-page template for articles on individual cards. The Card page template conveniently includes the Infobox for cards and reuses some of the data for article purposes, like setting categories.

Usage

All pages for cards should begin with the following:

<!--Card page template parameters are explained at https://wiki.hoodedhorse.com/Fogpiercer/Template:Card_page-->
{{Card page
|title=
|card_color=
|icon=
|ap=
|carriage=
|stack_size=
|effect1=
|effect1_link=
|effect2=
|effect2_link=
|effect3=
|effect3_link=
|exact_card_text=
|one_liner=
|effect=
|effect_range=
|modifications=
|acquisition=
|strategy=
}}

Feel free to add card-specific sections below the page template, beginning with an appropriate == H2 Heading ==

Parameters

See the Card infobox template for the title, color, ap, carriage, and effect.

All parameters are technically optional, but good card pages will use as many as appropriate.

Example page

Artillery shot

2 AP AP
Carriage: Artillery
Card color: Red ━━━━━━━━
Stack Size: 2x
Deal 1 damage, push units away from the point of impact.

Artillery shot is an early-game offensive card for the Artillery that deals damage and pushes targets.

Facts

Effect

Deal 1 damage, push units away from the point of impact.

This far-reaching attack does 1 or more damage to a target and pushes all pushable targets away from the point of impact.

Range

Artillery shot can reach most of the grid except the area closest to the carriage. On only the widest grids, there are blind spots at the top and bottom.

Card Acquisition

This card comes with the Artillery carriage, in a stack of 2, at the beginning of the game.

Modifications

The damage and AP of this card can be modified. Sometimes the AP can be modified down by itself. If the damage is increased, sometimes the AP will be increased as well.

Strategy

Pushable targets can be pushed into other targets to deal damage, often in a chain reaction. Be cautious of collateral damage when targets get pushed into train carriages. When out of reach, sometimes a pushable target can at least be pushed so its intent is no longer directed to a vulnerable carriage.
