There are 4 different types of buildings:

• Community Buildings - these buildings form the core of the pirate haven
• Housing Buildings - these buildings are necessary dwellings for every pirate
• Production Buildings - these buildings gather and refine resources
• Principle Buildings - these buildings unlocked in the compass have powerful and varying effects
