A New Republic is Born
Cannot have starting citizens.
Soviet Revolution
Can have up to ~9500 starting citizens. Unlike other maps, Soviet Revolution starts with a number of buildable buildings scattered around the map: 6 small fields, 11 big fields, 2 road vehicle depots, 2 parking lots, 1 fire station (with 1 Mi6 helicopter), 1 gas station (with 30 tons of fuel), 1 technical services (with 4 snowplows, 2 sewage cisterns and 2 water cisterns).
Flatland with hills
Cannot have starting citizens.
Eastern Europe medium hills
Can have up to ~16000 starting citizens. Also has a blank variant where there are no buildings.
Slovakia
Can have up to ~34000 starting citizens. The majority of customs houses are Soviet.
Biomes DLC maps
All maps from the Biomes DLC also have a blank variant where there are no buildings.
