The Sifting Tower will work on coal potash and rock salt to make fuel fertilizer and salt catalyst, this building needs a water connection to work.

Second Floor Entrancer

For most players the Sifting Tower will be the first building they encounter where the entrance is on the second floor. This often causes confusion as Whiskers cannot enter the building for construction unless stairs or a path has been built to the second floor entrance. When this confusion happens construction appears to be stuck.
