A very slow but very useful stair early on.
Spiral Stairs perform the same way as Steep Stairs in terms of size footprint and speed. They facilitate a 90 degree turn connection between levels rather the straight path provided by regular Steep Stairs.
Spiral Stairs are available in mirrored variants to support different turning angles.
Despite faster transit options being available, Spiral Stairs will continue to play a vital role in compact building placement. Due to their slow speed, it is not recommended to chain the stairs or use them extensively to climb up multiple levels in tall structures. They work well as a solution when stacking, for example, two houses on top of each other.
